Man arrested for 190th time in Florida
Police say a 46-year-old man was arrested for the 190th time in Florida this week.
Authorities arrested Henry Farrell after he tried to carjack a man outside a Boca Raton coffee shop. Police said Farrell threatened to kill the man after he refused to give Farrell a ride.
Police spokeswoman Sandra Boonenberg said the arrest of Farrell following Tuesday night’s theft did not mark anything new for area police.
“He’s somebody we have been dealing with for years,” Boonenberg said of Farrell. “He lives locally and apparently likes Boca Raton.”
Boonenberg added that Farrell, whose first arrest came when he was 20, has been arrested in 12 Florida counties. Charges against Farrell have ranged from Tuesday’s additional charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia to a grand theft charge from Jan. 8.
“Pretty much everyone who works the road has dealt with him before. He’s one of our regulars,” Boonenberg told the Post.

What the f***! I guess this guy is going to keep on causing havoc for people in Florida until he really hurts or kills someone, which given his track record is only a matter of time. It is ridiculous the protectors and lawmakers of society are doing nothing about this! There should be something to protect communities from repeat offenders such as this sack of rancid turd. I say if someone has had at least 50 arrests they should be put in jail for a long term. Even 50 sounds like too much, so maybe 25.
I mean come on! You have to be a pea brain to get arrested even 25 times! This guy is going to hurt someone someday and that can be prevented, that should be prevented. Look at his stupid turd face.. Someone needs to bust it up with a nightstick or a prison shank to wipe that smug little smile away…

The lord shall smite thy sinner… Fear not, for he shall pay for all his sins against humanity. The souls of those who have suffered from his ways will haunt him in an eternal pool of rancid blood and fire where he shall be sodomized by the devil and all his minions.

I think this guy should be taken off the streets before he really hurts someone! Crime is like a gateway drug, and getting away with it is the addictive and intoxicating part. Its obvious this guys addiction is not letting up, but getting worse. Maybe his daddy is a judge?
